Minutes:

10.00 am – 10.30 am: Welcome by the host and brief presentation of each partner representative. 

10.30 am – 12.30 am: Presentation of the general overview of the project and of project GANTT chart with all main activities by PROJUVEN representative. PROJUVEN representative made a recap about project state of art and all the activities realized until the meeting. Following: 

1. Blended mobility of young people (Saulkrasti, Latvia): The training achieved the expected results.

2. Online Platform & MOOC courses: The Online platform (https://projuven-platform.eu/digitalpush) was realized by PROJUVEN and the MOOC in English is completed in all its parts. 

3. Partners have agreed to realize three local dissemination activities each, promoting the Online Platform and the MOOC courses within 31/01/2023. Photos of the events plus short description must be sent to Latvijas jauniesu attistibas centrs (Latvia).

4. Output excel sheet+other justifications for output three (MOOC courses) must be provided by partners within 30/09/2022, natural deadline of the output. While the excel sheet+other justifications for output four (Position Paper on training investments and OERs for raising digital skills in CCS) will need to be provided within 25/02/2023, natural deadline of the output.

12.30am – 2.30 pm: Discussion about The "Position Paper on training investments and OERs for raising digital skills in cultural and creative sector (CCS) (IO4)".

2.30pm – 4.00pm: Multiplier events in each partner country (February 2023) 

4.00 pm-4.15pm: Final meeting in Spain: The final meeting in Spain will take place in the second half of February 2022. The date will be agreed in December 2022. 

4.15pm – 4.30pm: Closing meeting
