Note: Due to COVID-19 restrictions Polish representative was not able to travel to Italy, so two members of Warszawska Izba Gospodarcza attended the meeting online, using ZOOM digital platform. However, we had one representative more that came to Tarsia (Italy) from the Spanish NGO, Projuven (this was communicated to National Agency).

Morning session

10.00 am – 10.30 am: Welcome by the host and brief presentation of each partner representative.

10.30 am – 11.30 am: Presentation of the general overview of the project and of project GANTT chart with all main activities by Aleksandrs Posts (LJAC coordinator). Aleksandrs Posts explained that the project will be executed in three work phases and until the next transnational meeting partners will have to realize the task of project phase one, namely:

-Project management & Coordination activities

-Development of the Digital Competences for cultural and creative sector (CCS) guidelines & translation (IO1)

-Creation of social media channels (Instagram & Facebook) 

-First intermediate meeting in Latvia (November, 2021)

11.30am – 1.00 pm: Discussion about the Digital Competences for cultural and creative sector (CCS) guidelines (IO1)

The IO1 will be dived in three parts:

IO1.1 Conceptual Framework of Digital Competences in CCS

The first document will be divided within the following chapters/paragraphs:

1. Cultural Creative Sector (CCS) definition and sectors (e.g. Music, film, museums, advertising) – Latvijas jauniesu attistibas centrs

2. The role of Digital Competences in CCS–Sevlievo Municipality

3. Best methods (e.g. e-learning) and pedagogies for achieving better digital competences for young people with limited digital skills and less qualified youth involved in the CCS. – Warszawska Izba Gospodarcza

4. Digital Competences for Culture and Creative Sector (CCS) for young people working in CCS : which of the 21 competences and respective 8 proficiency level ( based on DigComp 2.1 ) are more relevant to the CCS. –Projuven and Musikart 

5. Reference & conclusion.

IO1.2 Digital Survey digital competence required for young people working in CCS 

(through this survey we will define all topics of the MOOC courses (IO3)) 

PROJUVEN & LJAC WILL MAKE THE SURVEY & SURVEY REPORT

This document will aim at identifying the educational needs of young people in terms of digital skills promotion for professional development and social inclusion in CCS. The research will be implemented by using a survey as data collection tool.

TARGET OF THE SURVEY: young people, workers and professionals in the field of Cultural Creative Sector from project partner countries.

Target respondents: 50 respondents per partner.

IO1.3 Digital Competences for CCS guidelines 

MUSIKART WILL MAKE THE FINAL REPORT

The purpose of this document will be to present and integrate the results of the research carried out in O1.1 and O1.2 in order to define the Digital Competences for CCS guidelines (O1.3), which will guide the development of the DPCT MOOC (IO3). 

The IO1.3 document will be translated in all partners’ languages for dissemination.

All the three documents making up the IO1 must be ready within December 2021 and published on project website.

Afternoon session

2.00 pm – 4.00 pm: Project Management and implementation activities

Partners discussed about the activities funded by the project management and Implementation activities, namely:

-Realization of project website which will be realized by Projuven. 

-Aleksandrs Posts explained to partners the financial and reporting rules for the project (e.g. intermediate report, quality checks, main project indicators). 

-Discussion about the recently created Google Drive folder for the project amongst all partners.

-Discussion about project communication procedure among partners, possible risks (e.g. COVID-19), partnership agreements, budget transfers etc. 

4.00 pm – 5.00 pm: Dissemination and Visibility strategy:

- Definition of project dissemination plan and activities to realize.

- Setting up of Social media strategy, Facebook, Instagram and project hashtags 

- Project partners’ dissemination activities will be published on project website and social media accounts.

- Logo of Erasmus+ will appear on project website and in all dissemination materials.
