Meeting Format: The project partners organized the online First intermediate meeting by using the Zoom (https://zoom.us/) application. The main reason to have the meeting online and not having the physical one in Riga (Latvia) as planned in the project application was the national lockdown in Latvia in November 2021.

Date: 08/11/2021

Meeting duration: From 9.00 am to 3.00 pm

Meeting minutes:

9.00 am – 09.15 am: Presentation of each partner representative.

9.15 am – 11.00 am: Check that the project proceeds according to plan, monitoring the progress of work and taking corrective measures where appropriate. Despite COVID-19, all partners managed to complete the Digital Competences for CCS guidelines (IO1) which is composed of three sub-outputs (IO1.1, IO1.2, IO1.3) and they will translate it in the entire month of November in a way to proceed to the release on project website in December 2021.

11.00 am – 12:00pm: Discussion about the Online Platform (IO2)

Representative of PROJUVEN (output leader), Francesco Ruberto, explained to all partners how the Online Platform will work. The online Platform (IO2) will be set up, using open source software, in order to create an online space as connection for project target groups and for containing the MOOC course (IO3). The online platform will be set up, using MOODLE technology. The online platform first release will be for the blended mobility of young people in Latvia in May 2022. The work on the Online Platform will start in January 2022.

12:00pm – 1:00 pm: Discussion about the MOOC courses (IO3)

Representative of Warszawska Izba Gospodarcza (output leader), Kamil Dobrowolski, explained to all partners how the MOOC courses (IO3) will be realized. The work on the MOOC courses will start in January 2022 because their contents will be based on the results of IO1 and they will be piloted during the blended mobility in Latvia in May 2022. The MOOC courses will be accessible through the online platform (IO2).

1:00 pm – 1:30 pm: Break

1.30 pm – 2.45 pm: Open discussion about:

-Project management and implementation activities

-Realization and submission of the interim report on the mobility tool which will must be done within 1st of March 2022.

-Discussion about project communication procedure among partners.

-Discussion about possible risks and actions to take in case of a new COVID-19 outbreak.

-Discussion about the overall organization, selection and preparation of participants and the dates of the Blended mobility of young people which will take place in Saulkrasti (Latvia).

-Discussion about how to justify the IO1 realized (excel timesheet, contract etc.).

-The date of the second intermediate meeting in Bulgaria which will take place in August 2022 will be agreed in the month of June 2022.

-Discussion about the realization of dissemination activities to be realized according to the COVID-19 situation in all partner countries.

2.45 pm - 3.00 pm: Closing the ZOOM online meeting and greetings.
