FEBRUARY 23, 2023: FINAL MEETING
The Final Meeting of the KA2-IN "DIGITAL PUSH FOR CREATIVE TRANSFORMATION" project took place on February 20, 2023, in Malaga, Spain. Attendees included representatives from the project coordinator Latvijas jauniesu attistibas centrs (Latvia) and partners Asociación Projuven (Spain), Warszawska Izba Gospodarcza (Poland), Sevlievo Municipality (Bulgaria), and Associazione Culturale Musikart (Italy).
The meeting's primary objectives were to discuss project achievements, evaluate the impact reached, and review completed activities, outcomes, and outputs. Partners also assessed the success of the final conferences (E1, E2, E3, E4, E5) and determined whether the planned objectives were met. Furthermore, the partners established a dissemination strategy for spreading project outcomes and outputs following the project's conclusion and explored potential follow-up measures.
The attendees also focused on the long-term sustainability of the project by identifying necessary resources and actions. This comprehensive review and discussion of the project's outcomes and future plans ensure that the project's impact will continue to be felt long after its formal conclusion.
FEBRUARY 18, 2023: LOCAL CONFERENCES
In February 2023, Latvijas Jauniešu Attīstības Centrs (Latvia), AsociaciónProjuven (Spain), Musikart (Italy), Warszawska Izba Gospodarcza (Poland) and Municipality Sevlievo (Bulgaria) organized one-day local conferences to present the DPCT project and its Intellectual Outputs (IOs) to stakeholders. Each conference aimed to increase awareness, bring together stakeholders and experts and gather invaluable feedback and insights for the future utilization, adoption and improvement of the DPCT IOs.
These conferences featured panel discussions on the digital transformation of the CCS in each country, identifying key challenges, opportunities and potential solutions. Attendees actively engaged in discussions, sharing experiences, ideas and best practices to pave the way for a more digitally competent CCS.
FEBRUARY 10, 2023: IO 4: Position Paper
In February 2023, the KA2-IN "DIGITAL PUSH FOR CREATIVE TRANSFORMATION" project released IO4 - Position Paper on training investments and OERs for raising digital skills in the cultural and creative sector (CCS). Developed through collaboration among expert partners from Latvia, Spain, Poland, Bulgaria and Italy, the Position Paper emphasizes the importance of continuous learning, training and development in the rapidly evolving CCS. It also highlights the need for targeted investments in education and training to foster innovation, creativity and growth in this vital sector.

AUGUST 25, 2022: SECOND INTERMEDIATE MEETING
On August 13, 2022, DPCT hosted a meeting at the Sevlievo Municipality building in Bulgaria with project partners Asociación Projuven (Spain), Warszawska Izba Gospodarcza (Poland), Sevlievo Municipality (Bulgaria), and Associazione Culturale Musikart (Italy). Attendees discussed the progress of the KA2-IN "DIGITAL PUSH FOR CREATIVE TRANSFORMATION" project and outlined future activities.
The meeting began with a presentation by a PROJUVEN representative, highlighting the project's state of the art and recapping the completed activities, such as the successful blended mobility of young people in Saulkrasti, Latvia. The Online Platform & MOOC courses have been completed. Partners also discussed deadlines for output documentation and the "Position Paper on training investments and OERs for raising digital skills in cultural and creative sector (CCS) (IO4)." The meeting concluded with plans for multiplier events in each partner country in February 2023 and the final meeting in Spain, with the date to be confirmed in December 2022.

JUNE 1, 2022: Dissemination event by WIG
During trips promoting the Erasmus+ programme, the representative of WIG, Kamil Dobrowolski, had the opportunity to present our project to a wider audience more than 40 youth people. The meeting took place near Konstancin Jeziorna. The participants of the meeting were very interested in the idea of the project and how to acquire new knowledge in the field of digital competences and test them on the prepared internet platform.
MAY 24, 2022: BLENDED MOBILITY
The innovative KA2-IN "DIGITAL PUSH FOR CREATIVE TRANSFORMATION" project successfully held its blended mobility of young people (BM) (C1) event from May 15-23, 2022, in Vecmuiža, Latvia. The event's primary objective was to pilot MOOC courses, enabling participants to provide valuable assessment and feedback before the courses' official release in the youth sector. The BM (C1) event played a crucial role in evaluating and refining the DPCT MOOC content to ensure it is tailored to the target group's needs and to identify any unexpected implementation challenges.
Throughout the intensive week-long program, participants engaged in a range of activities designed to cover all developed MOOC courses (IO3). Each day concluded with a structured evaluation and assessment session, where participants shared their insights and experiences with the piloted MOOC courses (IO3).

DECEMBER 15, 2021: Dissemination event by WIG
Warsaw Chamber of Commerce ended the year with a meeting in Warsaw, during which the assumptions of the Digital Push For Creative Transformation project were presented. Young people, with whom the WIG representative met, were vividly interested in the topic of the project, as well as the Erasmus+ programme in general. Many of them had heard about KA2 projects for the first time and thanks to that we were able to make a wider audience aware what projects can be realised by European NGOs.

During trips promoting the Erasmus+ programme, the representative of the Polish organisation, Kamil Dobrowolski, had the opportunity to present our project to a wider audience. NOVEMBER 10, 2021: Dissemination event by PROJUVEN
At the end of November, 2021, PROJUVEN had the pleasure to host an international meeting in Torremolinos, Spain gathering 16 representatives coming from the United States, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Bulgaria, Italy, Estonia and Spain.
During the meeting, PROJUVEN president Francesco Ruberto had the chance to introduce the guests to the organizational work and some of the current projects on which the organization is working. In particular, the public got to know more about the KA2 DPCT project, its main objectives, planned activities and upcoming project results. The NGO representatives found out the idea of the project very important for the current times we are living in, and the need of turning the negative sides of COVID into positive ones for the youngsters working in the cultural and creative sectors, improving their digital skills and making them more competitive in the current market.
NOVEMBER 8, 2021: FIRST INTERMEDIATE MEETING
The First Intermediate Meeting of the KA2-IN "DIGITAL PUSH FOR CREATIVE TRANSFORMATION" project was held on November 8, 2021, as a virtual event on Zoom due to the national lockdown in Latvia. Representatives from the project coordinator Latvijas jauniesu attistibas centrs (Latvia) and partners Asociación Projuven (Spain), Warszawska Izba Gospodarcza (Poland), Sevlievo Municipality (Bulgaria) and Associazione Culturale Musikart (Italy) attended the meeting. Discussions centered on monitoring the project's progress, ensuring it adhered to the plan and considering corrective measures when necessary. Despite COVID-19, partners completed the Digital Competences for CCS guidelines (IO1) and planned translations for a December 2021 release on the project website. The development of the Online Platform (IO2) and MOOC courses (IO3) were also covered, with both to be created using open-source software and MOODLE technology.
Further topics during the meeting included project management and implementation, interim reporting, communication procedures, possible risks due to COVID-19, organization and selection of participants for the blended mobility in Latvia. The meeting also addressed dissemination activities in response to the COVID-19 situation in partner countries and the scheduling of the second intermediate meeting in Bulgaria for August 2022. The meeting concluded with a brief closing and farewells, having successfully navigated the challenges posed by the pandemic and maintaining momentum for the project's future activities.

In September, 2021, PROJUVEN representative Francesco Ruberto had the pleasure to present the KA2 Digital Push for Creative Transformation to young people interested in improving their digital skills, and in particular in doing so to support their future career in the cultural and creative sectors. The event was held in Torremolinos, Spain, and put a special attention to the COVID-19 positive and negative consequences for young people working in the cultural and creative sectors. Interesting discussion was created between the group, and participants expressed their willingness to take part in other events created in the framework of the DPCT project.

The presentation during such a big event helped to raise awareness of the need for digital skills training for creative industries and focus on openness and inclusion in education, as well as serve to promote the DPCT project work and objectives on which partners are working on.

JULY 7, 2021: Dissemination event by PROJUVEN
In July, 2021, PROJUVEN presented the KA2 project Digital Push for Creative Transformation to youngsters from the local community. The participants who attended the event were interested to work in the cultural and creative sector and they expressed a great interest on the project topic as well as on the future project outputs and blended mobility activity. PROJUVEN project manager presented to the audience the expected results from such European collaboration as well as presented the Erasmus+ programme and all its learning and mobility opportunities.

In the end of June, 2021, PROJUVEN had the chance to present in Torremolinos, Spain, the KA2 Digital Push for Creative Transformation. Youngsters got to know more about the idea behind the project and the results that the partnerships composed by countries such as Latvia, Poland, Italy, Bulgaria and Spain, its planning to achieve. They were introduced to the main activities and future project outputs that will be elaborated in the framework of the project. Young people found the project very interesting and expressed their interests in following the future updates and results of the project.
JUNE 4, 2021: Dissemination event by PROJUVEN
In the beginning of June, 2021, PROJUVEN had the pleasure to present the work of the organization and in particular, the KA2 Digital Push for Creative Transformation in which the organization is currently working, to students from the Armenian State University of Economics, in Yerevan, Armenia. The public was introduced to the main objectives of the project and expected results as well as they were invited to follow all the upcoming news regarding the project. Youngsters learnt more about the Erasmus + programme and the opportunities it offered for youth.
MAY 3, 2021: KICK OFF MEETING
First official meeting - first steps in the new KA2 project "Digital Push for Creative Transformation"! We are pleased to announce that in early May 2021, the project under the aegis of Erasmus+ has officially launched! The project started with an offline meeting (Kick-off) in Tarsia, Italy with organizations from Latvia (#LJAC), Spain (#Projuven), Bulgaria (#SevlievoMunicipality), Poland (#WIG) and Italy (#Musikart).
